Shipping Policy

We roast all of our coffees to order and we strive to ship them out the next day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days can vary week to week, but orders are typically roasted within 1-3 days of placement.

We ship using USPS and packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days. 

Once a coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, held packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues resulting from addresses being input incorrectly by the customer.
